By using StayUpfront, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your Account

When you create an account:

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You must be at least 13 years old

If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, let us know right away.

Acceptable Use

Don't use StayUpfront to:

• Break any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute spam or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the service or other users
• Scrape or copy content without permission

Basically, use common sense and be respectful.

Your Content

You own the content you create in StayUpfront. By using the service:

• You give us permission to store and display your content as needed to run the service
• You're responsible for the content you create
• You have the rights to everything you upload

We won't use your content for anything other than providing the service.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep StayUpfront running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" and we may need to perform maintenance or updates from time to time.

Payments & Refunds

When we launch paid plans:

• You'll be billed according to your chosen plan
• You can cancel anytime
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - just ask
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice

Cancellation

You can cancel your account anytime. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If we terminate your account for a violation, you won't get a refund.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Warranty Disclaimer

StayUpfront is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee the service will meet all your needs or be error-free.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
